Respect Comes First

Our entertainers are there to party with you, not to be harassed. Treat them like professionals and you will have a great night.

Groping, grabbing, slapping, threatening behaviour, or unsafe setups will end the booking immediately, with no warning and no refund. Persistent pressure for things she has already declined will end it after one warning. See Ending a Booking Early for the full position.

Photos & Touching

Touching and photos are not included in any booking and are always at the entertainer's discretion. Ask politely. Never record without permission. Recording after she has said no ends the booking immediately with no refund.

What's Not on Offer

We don't offer escort services. Don't ask for extras. If it's not advertised, it's not happening.

Booking Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure each entertainer. Once confirmed, you'll be contacted directly by each girl. If a performer becomes unavailable, we'll offer suitable replacements at the same rate. If you don't want any of the alternatives, your deposit carries over to your next booking.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to change the time, date, or location, let us know as early as possible. We'll try to keep your original entertainer. If she's unavailable, we'll offer alternatives. Travel fees may apply for new locations.

Ending a Booking Early

Our entertainers can end a booking early if you or any of your guests behave in a way that makes it unsafe or unworkable. Where that happens, the fee is retained in full and no refund is given for unused time.

You are responsible for your guests. A booking can be ended on the conduct of anyone present, not just the person who made it. Brief your group before we arrive.

If the booking is not what you told us it was, for example a much larger group than booked, a different venue, or minors present, the entertainer can decline to start or can leave. The fee is retained in full.

She does not have to debate it with you on the night. If you believe a booking was ended unfairly, contact us within 48 hours and we will review it properly.

Delays & Timing

The entertainer's start time begins when she arrives. If you've given the wrong address or no one answers the phone, she'll wait 15 minutes before leaving and the deposit is forfeited. If the performer is running late, she'll make up the time or we'll refund what was missed.

Leyla Lewis & Co. is a Perth booking agency. We arrange bookings between clients and adult entertainers who work as independent contractors, each with their own ABN.

Liability

We take reasonable care in arranging bookings, including confirming details with you and briefing entertainers before every job.

We are not responsible for the conduct of clients or their guests.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
