I'm Leyla, and I've spent 17 years in every corner of this industry - topless waitress, showgirl, skimpy, independent contractor. I've worked the venues and the parties that ran like clockwork and the ones that didn't. I know what makes you feel respected, safe, and in control of your career.

These days I've stepped back from working bookings myself and moved fully into management, so my whole focus is on running this properly and building what comes next.

You could call us an agency, and that's fair. But I think of us as a freelance-friendly agency, and that difference matters. You stay independent. You keep your extensions, your regulars, and your own following. There are no lock-in contracts here, and we'll never clip your wings or take what isn't ours. Our job is to bring you work, handle the admin, and back you up.

I know commission can feel like a lot, so I want to be open about where it goes. It funds the marketing that keeps enquiries coming in, the admin behind every booking, the industry events I host for us, and a serious software build (more on that below). None of it is sitting in my pocket. Every booking you take is helping build something big, and it's being built for you.
