How It Works
Agency commission is split between the client booking fee and a flat entertainer referral fee.
The referral fee is $40 + GST per booking, no matter the duration or service type.
The client covers the remaining portion of the total agency commission.
Take-home rates stay consistent with the advertised hourly rates.
Why It Works
This system was built to actually work in your favour.
Instead of paying a full referral fee upfront, which can blow out depending on the total booking value, you only prepay $40. That keeps your upfront cost low and manageable, especially before you've even been paid for the job.
It also means most of the GST is passed on to the client, not you. So you're not wearing that extra cost on your end.
And if plans change and you cancel the job, you simply forfeit the $40. That's a predictable, fixed amount, rather than risking a much larger and variable referral fee.
At the end of the day, it's about reducing your risk, keeping more money in your pocket, and making the whole process feel a lot fairer.

Tips, upgrades, and extensions are 100% yours.
Referral fee: $40 + GST (flat fee per booking, per girl).
If a client wants to book an additional entertainer on the night, please refer them back to the agency. If you can't reach us, you may fill the booking yourself.
Show Commission: What Applies and What Doesn't
Commission applies when:
If a show was discussed between the agency and the client, even if not fully confirmed before job handover, commission still applies.
That job was passed to you as a showgirl, not just a waitress. The opportunity was secured in advance.
No commission when:
If a show wasn't mentioned before the handover and is offered spontaneously by the client on the night, you keep 100%.
