Code of Conduct

By accepting work through Leyla Lewis & Co., you agree to the terms of the Performer Agreement and Code of Conduct.

We're all here to work professionally, look incredible, have fun, and create a thriving, supportive community of freelancers. These guidelines are here to help everyone stay on the same page and keep our clients coming back for more.

Confirming the Booking (in Writing)

Once you've been handed the job details, always send a confirmation text to the client. This isn't just a courtesy; it protects you and sets clear expectations on both sides.

Your confirmation message should include:

  • Date, time, and location
  • Your name and role (e.g., topless waitress, showgirl, etc.)
  • Duration of booking
  • Your cash pick up
  • Working conditions or boundaries e.g; no touching, no photos

This written agreement gives you firm, professional grounds to walk away without issue if the client crosses the line. If it's not in writing, it's harder to enforce. So treat this step as essential; it helps you stay in control of your time, energy, and safety.

Can't Make It? No Stress, But Communicate!

Contact Leyla ASAP - she'll find the cover, you forfeit your $40 + GST ref fee. If you can't contact Leyla within a reasonable time, fill the job yourself.

Presentation & Performance

  • Always show up looking like your best self, even ASAP jobs deserve full glam: hair, lashes, heels, nails, and makeup. Match your promo pics.
  • Be active and social at the party: keep drinks flowing, move around, banter with guests, and be flirty but classy. Work the whole room professionally.
  • No free shows or stunts, unless it's part of your paid offering. Save that energy for a nude upgrade or showgirl. Nothing's for free. Don't undersell yourself!

Respecting Service Boundaries - Waitressing and Lapdances

Adult entertainment does not include prostitution or sexual services. If you are found to be offering such services (including private massages), you will be removed from the Leyla Lewis & Co. website.

Waitressing does NOT include kissing, having your bum smacked, touching, groping, or any sexual activity. Clear boundaries keep everyone safe and professional.

  • Photos: Only allow posed photos if agreed on beforehand. No filming, snapping without permission or open-camera parties. Set clear boundaries early.
  • No open-leg work while on topless or nude shifts - it's a waitressing gig, not a show.

Lapdance Guidelines

Nude = $150 minimum per song

Topless = $100 minimum per song

Don't lock doors during dances. Safety first.

Public Lapdances aka Mini Show

There are conflicting views in the industry on calling this service a Public Lapdance. You may wish to introduce an offering called 'Mini Show' or 'Dance for the Buck' to meet the client's budget.

Recommendations for: 'Dance for the Buck' and 'Mini Show'

Duration: 1 song (2-3 minutes)

Price: $200-$250

Features: Lingerie/topless only, no props, no full stripping, no choreography

  • Should not be offered if a show is already booked. Wait till after her show is completed.
  • Check in with other girls booked on the job before offering to make sure you're on the same page. She may be a showgirl and wish to upgrade to a show. Don't undercut her opportunity to do so.
  • Must be clearly defined in booking offers as distinct from strip shows.
  • Should not include crowd interaction or physical extras.
  • Only available if the client refuses a full show.

This preserves income opportunities, clarity for clients, and respect for traditional show pricing, while addressing evolving client preferences.

Respecting Your Workmates

These aren't hard rules - just common courtesy.

  • When working with other girls, especially on upgrades and extensions, it's expected that you work together as a team to help secure the extra money and share it fairly.
  • If you're both showgirls and there's an opportunity for a show upgrade, play fair. Aim to raise enough for you both. That way, no one loses out and the vibe stays friendly.
  • If you end up on a job with someone you've got personal beef with, put your game face on and focus on the work. Don't let private drama affect the job. Clients can tell when the vibe's off - it kills the energy and makes everyone uncomfortable. Worse, it can make you look unprofessional or bitchy. Stay classy and friendly.
  • Always have a quick chat with your co-worker before the job starts to align boundaries, pricing and extras. Presenting a united front makes you both look better and keeps clients from trying it on.

Time & Professionalism

  • Arrive ready - your shift starts when you're working the room, not still getting dressed.
  • If you're late, make up the time.
  • No tagging friends along - this is work, not a party.
  • NEVER work in exchange for drugs, alcohol or food.
  • Don't stay past your booked time. Once your shift ends, you're done. Hanging around for a drink often turns into unpaid work or, worse, blurred boundaries.
  • Stay sharp: drinking is optional, but top girls stay sober (or close to it). Drugs are discouraged - safety, clarity and reputation matter.

Community Vibes

  • We're all independent contractors, but we succeed together. These guidelines protect your rep and the group's integrity.
  • Got concerns or notice someone out of line? Kindly speak up.
  • Absolutely no disorderly behaviour, no extras or escorting. This is non-negotiable and will result in removal.
  • Strict line: this is adult entertainment - it is not sex work. Offering massages or personal services is considered crossing the line and could lead to permanent removal from bookings and the website.
  • New to the scene? Don't be afraid to ask for tips, help, or support. Everyone started somewhere and most girls are happy to help you find your feet.
